S.O. 1660(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority Act, 1999 (41 of 1999), the Central Government hereby appoints the 28th May, 2001 as the date on which the remaining provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
