S.O. 2328(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Designs Act, 2000 (16 of 2000), the Central Government hereby appoints the 31st March, 2001 as the date on which the provisions of sections 1 to 6 of the said Act shall come into force.
