S.O. 1374(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 of the Infant Milk Substitutes, Feeding Bottles and Infant Foods (Regulation of Production, Supply and Distribution) Act, 1992 (41 of 1992), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby exempts employers of women whose the running of a child care institution does not exceed five thousand rupees in value in a financial year from the provisions of section 4 of the said Act, subject to the condition that every such person shall intimate the Commission in writing of the commencement of the running of a child care institution within seven days of such commencement.
