S.O. 3064(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Lalit Kala Akademi (Taking Over of Management) Act, 1997 (17 of 1997), the Central Government hereby appoints the 1st May, 1998 as the date on which the provisions of sections 1 to 33 of the said Act shall come into force.
