S.O. 726(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the National Commission for Minorities Act, 1992 (19 of 1992), the Central Government hereby appoints the 2nd January, 1995 as the date on which the remaining provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
