S.O. 2460(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Recovery of Debts Due to Banks and Financial Institutions Act, 1993 (51 of 1993), the Central Government hereby appoints the 6th February, 1994 as the date on which the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
