S.O. 2809(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the National Commission for Minorities Act, 1992 (19 of 1992), the Central Government hereby appoints the 10th April, 1993 as the date on which the provisions of sections 1 to 21 of the said Act shall come into force.
