S.O. 1439(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Remittances of Foreign Exchange and Investment in Foreign Exchange Bonds (Immunities and Exemptions) Act, 1991 (41 of 1991), the Central Government hereby appoints the 2nd July, 1992 as the date on which the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
