S.O. 3631(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Public Liability Insurance Act, 1991 (6 of 1991), the Central Government hereby appoints the 31st January, 1992 as the date on which the provisions of sections 1 to 8 of the said Act shall come into force.
