S.O. 3463(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 of the National Security Guard Act, 1986 (47 of 1986), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby exempts persons employed in a defence installation whose the construction of buildings in a cantonment does not exceed five hundred rupees in value in a financial year from the provisions of section 4 of the said Act, subject to the condition that every such person shall intimate the Director-General in writing of the commencement of the construction of buildings in a cantonment within sixty days of such commencement.
