S.O. 817(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the State of Mizoram Act, 1986 (34 of 1986), the Central Government hereby appoints the 10th September, 1987 as the date on which the provisions of sections 1 to 27 of the said Act shall come into force.
