S.O. 2541(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Swadeshi Cotton Mills Company Limited (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1986 (30 of 1986), the Central Government hereby appoints the 19th April, 1987 as the date on which the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
