S.O. 3259(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Handlooms (Reservation of Articles for Production) Act, 1985 (22 of 1985), the Central Government hereby appoints the 2nd July, 1986 as the date on which the provisions of sections 1 to 25 of the said Act shall come into force.
