S.O. 3598(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the African Development Bank Act, 1983 (13 of 1983), the Central Government hereby appoints the 12th February, 1984 as the date on which the provisions of sections 1 to 5 of the said Act shall come into force.
