S.O. 3682(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Dalmia Dadri Cement Limited (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1981 (31 of 1981), the Central Government hereby appoints the 1st January, 1982 as the date on which the provisions of sections 1 to 4 of the said Act shall come into force.
