S.O. 3864(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the National Company (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1980 (42 of 1980), the Central Government hereby appoints the 25th July, 1981 as the date on which the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
