S.O. 3280(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Interest Act, 1978 (14 of 1978), the Central Government hereby appoints the 22nd January, 1980 as the date on which the remaining provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
