S.O. 2564(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Interest Act, 1978 (14 of 1978), the Central Government hereby appoints the 2nd February, 1979 as the date on which the provisions of sections 1 to 9 of the said Act shall come into force.
