S.O. 2052(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Public Sector Iron and Steel Companies (Restructuring) and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1978 (16 of 1978), the Central Government hereby appoints the 16th November, 1978 as the date on which the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
