S.O. 1191(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Tokyo Convention Act, 1975 (20 of 1975), the Central Government hereby appoints the 10th November, 1977 as the date on which the remaining provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
