S.O. 1178(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Salary and Allowances of Leaders of Opposition in Parliament Act, 1977 (33 of 1977), the Central Government hereby appoints the 29th September, 1977 as the date on which the provisions of sections 1 to 12 of the said Act shall come into force.
