S.O. 3011(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the High Court at Patna (Establishment of a Permanent Bench at Ranchi) Act, 1976 (57 of 1976), the Central Government hereby appoints the 2nd September, 1977 as the date on which the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
