S.O. 3082(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Betwa River Board Act, 1976 (63 of 1976), the Central Government hereby appoints the 28th May, 1977 as the date on which the provisions of sections 1 to 9 of the said Act shall come into force.
