S.O. 1700(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Smugglers and Foreign Exchange Manipulators (Forfeiture of Property) Act, 1976 (13 of 1976), the Central Government hereby appoints the 12th January, 1977 as the date on which the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
