S.O. 2979(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Tokyo Convention Act, 1975 (20 of 1975), the Central Government hereby appoints the 10th July, 1976 as the date on which the provisions of sections 1 to 3 of the said Act shall come into force.
