S.O. 3418(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Delhi School Education Act, 1973 (18 of 1973), the Central Government hereby appoints the 7th December, 1973 as the date on which the provisions of sections 1 to 21 of the said Act shall come into force.
