S.O. 246(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Richardson and Cruddas Limited (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1972 (78 of 1972), the Central Government hereby appoints the 15th September, 1972 as the date on which the provisions of sections 1 to 10 of the said Act shall come into force.
