S.O. 3418(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants) Act, 1971 (40 of 1971), the Central Government hereby appoints the 21st February, 1972 as the date on which the provisions of sections 1 to 6 of the said Act shall come into force.
