S.O. 2494(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Goa, Daman and Diu (Extension of the Code of Civil Procedure and the Arbitration Act) Act, 1965 (30 of 1965), the Central Government hereby appoints the 5th April, 1966 as the date on which the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
