S.O. 3043(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Hindi Sahitya Sammelan Act, 1962 (13 of 1962), the Central Government hereby appoints the 19th September, 1963 as the date on which the remaining provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
