S.O. 2481(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Atomic Energy Act, 1962 (33 of 1962), the Central Government hereby appoints the 8th August, 1963 as the date on which the provisions of sections 1 to 3 of the said Act shall come into force.
