S.O. 1336(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Hindi Sahitya Sammelan Act, 1962 (13 of 1962), the Central Government hereby appoints the 28th October, 1962 as the date on which the provisions of sections 1 to 8 of the said Act shall come into force.
