S.O. 3176(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Geneva Conventions Act, 1960 (6 of 1960), the Central Government hereby appoints the 16th October, 1961 as the date on which the remaining provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
