S.O. 1328(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Apprentices Act, 1961 (52 of 1961), the Central Government hereby appoints the 15th September, 1961 as the date on which the provisions of sections 1 to 15 of the said Act shall come into force.
