S.O. 327(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Preference Shares (Regulation of Dividend) Act, 1960 (63 of 1960), the Central Government hereby appoints the 12th April, 1961 as the date on which the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
