S.O. 612(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh (Transfer of Territories) Act, 1959 (47 of 1959), the Central Government hereby appoints the 8th March, 1961 as the date on which the remaining provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
