S.O. 428(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Geneva Conventions Act, 1960 (6 of 1960), the Central Government hereby appoints the 25th September, 1960 as the date on which the provisions of sections 1 to 3 of the said Act shall come into force.
