S.O. 383(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 of the Companies (Donations to National Funds) Act, 1951 (54 of 1951), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby exempts liquidators whose the keeping of books of account does not exceed ten thousand rupees in value in a financial year from the provisions of section 4 of the said Act, subject to the condition that every such person shall intimate the Registrar of Companies in writing of the commencement of the keeping of books of account within one hundred and eighty days of such commencement.
