S.O. 2952(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the International Finance Corporation (Status, Immunities and Privileges) Act, 1958 (42 of 1958), the Central Government hereby appoints the 10th June, 1959 as the date on which the provisions of sections 1 to 16 of the said Act shall come into force.
