S.O. 1798(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 of the Delhi and Ajmer-Merwara Land Development Act, 1948 (66 of 1948), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby exempts persons carrying on a trade within the municipal limits whose the occupation of premises does not exceed five hundred rupees in value in a financial year from the provisions of section 4 of the said Act, subject to the condition that every such person shall intimate the Corporation in writing of the commencement of the occupation of premises within thirty days of such commencement.
