S.O. 2380(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Requisitioning and Acquisition of Immovable Property Act, 1952 (30 of 1952), the Central Government hereby appoints the 18th September, 1953 as the date on which the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
