S.O. 3734(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Inflammable Substances Act, 1952 (20 of 1952), the Central Government hereby appoints the 3rd May, 1952 as the date on which the provisions of sections 1 to 4 of the said Act shall come into force.
