S.O. 1354(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949 (38 of 1949), the Central Government hereby appoints the 2nd July, 1950 as the date on which the provisions of sections 1 to 3 of the said Act shall come into force.
