S.O. 1623(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the National Cadet Corps Act, 1948 (31 of 1948), the Central Government hereby appoints the 16th March, 1949 as the date on which the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
