S.O. 2264(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Indian Nursing Council Act, 1947 (48 of 1947), the Central Government hereby appoints the 26th November, 1948 as the date on which the provisions of sections 1 to 3 of the said Act shall come into force.
