S.O. 1942(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Parsi Marriage and Divorce Act, 1936 (3 of 1936), the Central Government hereby appoints the 22nd July, 1936 as the date on which the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
