S.O. 3357(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Provisional Insolvency Act, 1920 (5 of 1920), the Central Government hereby appoints the 2nd April, 1921 as the date on which the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
