S.O. 2501(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Destruction of Records Act, 1917 (5 of 1917), the Central Government hereby appoints the 24th October, 1918 as the date on which the remaining provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
