S.O. 244(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Official Trusteers Act, 1913 (2 of 1913), the Central Government hereby appoints the 2nd November, 1913 as the date on which the provisions of sections 1 to 6 of the said Act shall come into force.
