S.O. 1260(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Central Provinces Financial Commissioner’s Act, 1908 (13 of 1908), the Central Government hereby appoints the 1st November, 1908 as the date on which the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
